43 years old with Chest Pain
Right side ECG
• Acute Inferior STEMI in NSR.
• No evidence of RV infarction y ECG
• Most likely is RCA occlusion because ST elevation more in lead 111>11
• Post Angioplasty Primary PCI of RCA.
• Mid RCA lesion with Clot.
• RCA lesion after clot suction & PCI
• Same patient with Inferior MI , there is complex lesion LAD/Dagonals, needs staged PCI.
• 55 years old lady with long standing DM, had chest pain, persantin nuclear stress is performed
• There is severe reversible Ischemia involving LAD & RCA territories.
• Cx area is ok.
• Angiogram showing Critical LAD proximal lesion
