1- Initiating budget =100 million dollars( 1 million dollars for Agricultural Sector )
2- NICTA committee has accepted 38 ICT

Ministry of Post, Telegraph & Telephone( The name is changing from PTT to ICT)
2- Telephone (voice ) lines:
- Over 10million phone lines
- It should grow to 15 million in 3 years
- E1 lines are available
- Huge demand for more lines by ISPs

- Iran is using GSM mobiles
