Your affiant has probable cause to believe, Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) Inmate Nicholas O'Quinn DC# P49448 , who was housed at Liberty Correctional Institution (LC[) on February O 1, 2020, spit in the face and eyes owhile conducting an emergency master roster count at approximately hours.

On February 24, 2020, Inspector Varnum conducted a sworn recorded interview at LC! with who indicated

On February 25, 2020, your affiant received the Y-Dormitory fix ed wing video of the incident that took place on February 01, 2020. The video shows and Officer Juan Villalobos and approach cell Y 1103 where Inmate O'Quinn was housed. As soon as opened the food fla p you see react to being spit on, in the face and eyes.

Your affiant respectfully submits, probable cause has been established, in that, lnmate Nicholas O 'Quinn, DC# P49448, B/M, DOB: 06/27/ 1990, committed the criminal violation of Battery on a Law Enforce ment Officer, in violation of §784.07(c)(2)(b) Fla. Stat., in Bristol, Florida. Your affiant respectfully requests an arrest warrant be issued for: Nicholas O'Quinn for I count of §784 .07(2), for the laws relating to Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer.
