Conclusions so far• Content is (still) king

• Build a strong platform, that can provide content to future products and collaborations

• Share experiences. Help other museums with things you're good at. The more people that get good experiences at the museum - the more will visit the museums in general.

Conclusions so far

• Before: > 20 % of budget to proprietary software, license etc.

• Now: < 5% of budget to server, update open source software
