Find a grip that works for YOU.Line up the your “Door Knocking” knuckles.

You want a stance that works for you.Make sure you are balanced.Doesn’t need to be fancy.Decide whether or not you want to take stride

Time to Swing Away“Load the hands” and shift the weight on your back legStart the hips through the zoneHave the hands follow Generate “Bat Lag”• Lead with the knob of the bat• Hands through the zone first and the bat will follow• Creates a whip-like action makes the ball “jump” off
