Multi-purpose grillHOUNÖ’s stainless-steel grill is a must in the kitchen. You can place

Extraction hood intercepts steam All electric Visual Cooking ovens are available with an extraction hood mounted
on top. HOUNÖs extraction hood ensures efficient extraction and condensing of
excess steam from the oven. At maximum extraction, the degree of condensa-
tion is as high as 93%.
The extraction hood is available with and without condensation. The extraction
hood with steam condenser has an integrated motor which is controlled by the
oven. The condensed steam is discharged through the drain system of the oven.
This solution allows you to locate the oven anywhere you please. An extraction
hood without motor must be connected to an existing extraction installation.

Removable cassette rack All Visual Cooking oven sizes can be equipped with a removable cassette rack in which to insert
sheets, trays and grills. Oven sizes 1.16, 1.20, 2.10 and 2.14 come with a cassette rack as standard
equipment. You choose between 65 and 85 mm distance between runners depending on which
products you cook most frequently. You also have the choice between U- runners and L-runners.

Wall bracket for storing cassette racksFor storing cassette racks when the trolley for racks is in use, HOUNÖ recommends a wall bracket.
The 1/1 GN bracket fits all cassette racks for oven sizes 1.06 to 1.20. The 2/1 GN bracket fits
cassette racks for oven sizes 2.10 and 2.14. Finally, the 400x600 wall bracket fits Visual
Cooking bake-off ovens with cassette racks.

Rest for cassette racksHOUNÖ offers a special rest on which to place cassette racks with
sheets, grills and trays. The rest is ideal when you need to keep
loaded racks in a cold storage room. The rest helps you maintain

Easy transport with trolleys for racksTo improve the work flow in the kitchen, we recommend the use of HOUNÖ’s
trolleys for transporting cassette racks. This way, you ensure ergonomically
correct loading and unloading of the combi oven and the best working
environment for the kitchen staff.
HOUNÖ’s trolleys make it easy to move cassette racks with loaded trays from
cold storage and into the oven.
With a trolley for racks, you achieve a better flow in the kitchen and avoid heavy
lifting. The trolley stays outside the oven chamber during preparation and can

High efficiency with roll-in trolleysVisual Cooking oven sizes 1.20 and 2.20 (standard) are available as a roll-in
model, i.e. the cassette rack for sheets, trays and grills is integrated in a trolley
on wheels. This way, you can make the work flow in your kitchen more efficient
and increase productivity when large amounts of food must be cooked in a short
time.
HOUNÖ’s roll-in trolley stays in the oven during preparation and is
therefore equipped with a detachable handle that hangs outside
the oven while the food is being cooked.
The cassette rack on HOUNÖ’s roll-in trolley is available with 65
(2.20 = 67) and 85 mm distance between runners. Furthermore,
you choose between U-runners and L-runners. Opt for a solution
that goes well with the products you cook.

Handy storage trolleyHOUNÖ’s storage trolley is ideal for storing, for instance, baking sheets with
bread and cakes. The capacity of the trolley is 15 sheets which each measures
400 x 600 mm. It can therefore be used for storing sheets from several ovens
at the same time.
The storage trolley has L-runners which make it easy and safe to
deposit sheets. The distance between the runners is 85 mm
allowing ample space upwards for a wide variety of bread
and cakes.
Protection coverHOUNÖ’s protection cover is useful when the loaded storage
trolley is placed in cold storage. With this protection cover,
you avoid condensation build-up and ensure hygienic storage.

Visual Cooking banquet systemHOUNÖ’s banquet system is ideal for use in hotels, restaurants, conference
centres, etc. where there is a need to serve food arranged on plates to many
guests at the same time. The banquet system makes it quick and easy to serve
hot food to everyone as the plated meals are taken from the combi oven directly
to the serving area.
The banquet system consists of a rack for plates and a trolley for racks. The
specially designed rack for plates gives you the choice of either 78 or 65 mm
distance between the plates. Choose the spacing that is most suitable for your
plated meals.

Remote-control with CombiNetWith the HOUNÖ CombiNet® solution, you have the possibility of operating the oven, managing recipes and checking service diagnoses on your computer via the oven’s IP address. Furthermore, you have online access to HACCP data.
Use your oven when you are away from the kitchenWith CombiNet, you are able to remote-control and monitor your combi oven
from your computer via a user interface which is exactly like that of the oven. As
a result, you have access to programming the oven with the browser on your PC
even though you are not in the kitchen. Access to the Internet is not included in
the CombiNet package.
Recipe managementCombiNet makes it easy to add, remove and edit the pre-set programmes in the
oven. Recipe management takes place either online with a computer connected
to the oven or offline by means of a back-up of the oven’s programmes stored
on a USB key. You can copy entire programme packages, which makes it easy to
standardise the programmes of several ovens.
Self-checking with HACCP With CombiNet, you get access to a HACCP viewer which helps you check
HACCP data. HACCP automatically collects and stores data on production time,
process time, cooking temperature and core temperature when you use a pre-set
programme. Just choose year, month and day to view data on previous cooking
sequences.
Service diagnoses If you opt for CombiNet, you also get the opportunity to read error logs, error
statistics and service counters directly on your computer.

Kitchen Storage room
Central dosing stationHOUNÖ’s central dosing station, CombiWash Logistics, offers you the possibility
of automatic dosing of detergent and rinse aid for several ovens at a time. You
can connect an unlimited number of ovens to the station and thus achieve
maximum benefit from the centrally located cleaning products. By locating
Combi-Wash Logistics outside the kitchen, food and chemicals are kept
completely separate from each other. Furthermore, the kitchen staff avoids all
contact with chemicals.
No more chemicals in the kitchenAarhus General Hospital in Denmark has located the central dosing station in
the basement. Their combi ovens are connected to CombiWash Logistics which
ensures automatic and correct dosing of detergent and rinse aid.

install CombiWash Logistics to improve the kitchen staff’s working environment.
Now they no longer have to handle chemicals. We have also achieved a cost

CombiWash LogisticsCombiWash Logistics consists of a transformer and a pump control built into
one unit. You can connect as many as four ovens to every transformer unit. Each
oven uses two pumps for the dosing of detergent and rinse aid. You can tailor
your own CombiWash Logistics that fits your kitchen exactly.
CombiWash Logistics requires Ø 6 mm hoses and 2 x 0.75 mm2 cables for each
hose. Both are available from HOUNÖ. To ensure the right supply of detergent
and rinse aid, the maximum distance between the ovens in the kitchen and
CombiWash Logistics should be 20 metres horizontally and five metres verti-
cally. The maximum height of suction of the transformer unit itself is 1.2 meter.
CombiWash Logistics has to be installed on the same floor or on a floor below
the ovens. It cannot function if installed on a floor above the ovens.
Unrestricted choice of supplierYou are free to choose any supplier of detergent and rinse aid for the automatic
cleaning system CombiWash® you like. CombiWash Logistics even offers you the
possibility of making bulk purchases at a lower price per litre.

CombiWash oven detergent CombiWash oven detergent is used on a daily basis for the automatic cleaning system
