STEP 1: To make installation easier, remove pattern board from table.
STEP 2: Mount the lift bracket to the INSIDE of
the legs, using the existing bolts on the table
and the two lower holes on the legs. Use the
two longer bolts supplied (3/8” x 2 – 3/4”) to
attach the lower part of the lift bracket to the
table leg. Place (1/2”) spacer washers on each
of the two lower bolts, between the leg and the
hydraulic lift bracket. (see photo’s A & B)
STEP 3: On tables with three height-adjusting holes on the end leg, use the bottom hole. On tables with two height-adjusting holes on the end leg, use the top hole.
NOTE: Depending whether the table is on casters or adjusting legs, you will have to position the to accommodate the hydraulic lift assembly. New tables only have one height-adjusting hole.
STEP 4: Pump bracket mounting: Attach the short bracket using (2) #8 x 3/4” self-drilling screws. (see photo C)
NOTE: The pre-drilled holes for the short bracket are closest to the center cross tube on the back side of the table. (Pivot rod side is the back side of the table - see Diagram 1) The predrilled holes for the long bracket are to the left of the short bracket.
STEP 5: Standing at the back of the table, position the long bracket in
the opening, on the left-hand side of the center cross piece. Position
the “turned up” ends of the bracket flush with the top of the bottom
rail.
STEP 6: Position the long bracket so that the pump will mount within
the back half of the table assembly, using the holes that are 2” apart.
Attach the long bracket with (4) #8 x 3/4” self-drilling screws. You will
need an electric drill with a #2 Phillips bit. (see photo D) For ease of
installation, pilot holes have been drilled.

STEP 7: Unpack the pump assembly, being careful not to kink the hydraulic lines. Place the two cylinders with the longest
lines to the corners of the front of the table. Place the two cylinders with the shortest lines to the corners of the back of the
table.
STEP 8: Use (2) 8-32 x 3/4” machine screws, washers, lock washers and nuts to attach the hydraulic line end to the short
bracket. Attach the pump with the motor end resting on the long bracket. Use (2) 10-24 x 3/4” machine screws,
washers, lock washers and nuts. Tighten all screws using a Phillips screwdriver and an 11/32” wrench (for 10-32
screws). (see photo E)
STEP 9: Install power pack onto bracket, using (2) 8-32 x ¾” machine screws, washers, lock washers and nuts. Tighten
down using a Phillips screwdriver and an 11/32” wrench. (see photo F)
STEP 10: Plug in all connections to the power pack in the following order: (see photo F)
1. M1 connector to the M1 marked on power pack.
2. M2 connector to the M2 marked on power pack.
3. Switch cord (blue connector) to the round port.
STEP 11: To attach the hydraulic cylinders, route lines over the
table cross pieces, making sure they do not pass over the top of
the table top support. (see photo D) Remove the leveling feet
from the bottom of the cylinders.
Drop the cylinders into the lift bracket from the top with the flat
side of the cylinder (with screw holes) matching with the screw
holes in the lift bracket. Replace the leveling feet.
(see photo G)
STEP 12: Align cylinder holes with holes in bracket. Place one M5
socket head cap screw with an M5 washer in each of the four holes and
hand-tighten. Repeat for all four cylinders. (see photo G)
Using a 4mm Allen Wrench, tighten all screws. Be careful not to
overtighten.

STEP 13: Insert the four black 1-3/4” plastic tubing caps into the
top of the lift brackets. (see photo H) Repeat for all four cylinders.
STEP 14: Working from the lift cylinders back to the pump,
secure the hydraulic lines to the table using the provided black
cable ties. Coil up any excess line and fasten, as to not
interfere with the operation of the machine. (see photo I)
STEP 15: Attach switch bracket on the back of the table, on the
underside rail, near the end of the machine by the handwheels using
(2) #8 x 3/4” self-drilling screws. A pilot hole has been drilled for your
convenience. Using (1) #8 x 3/4” screw, and (1) #8 x 1-1/4” self-
drilling screw, attach switch to switch bracket using pre-drilled hole in
bottom rail. (see photo J)
Plug in switch to power pack and coil up any excess wire.
