Formulating and operating a LAG
→ Local authorities have to acknowledge the value of the key stakeholder groups’ consensus and support for the efficient accomplishment of the local action plan
→ Citizens and stakeholders groups should be fully involved from the beginning with common vision in the decision making process in order to reduce conflicts and lead to better outcomes.
