Status of the event: The event is held in the framework of cooperation between India and Russia in the field of culture. The festival is supported by the Government of India and the State of Goa, interested in deepening cultural integration between Russia and India.

1 – 7 May, 2013 - held qualifying rounds in St. Petersburg, the cultural club DA: DA.

Qualifying rounds in St. Petersburg, Russia

December 7, 2013 - Gala concert dedicated to the final qualifying rounds in St. Petersburg with the participation of musicians from Europe and young teams from Russia.

Venue: Ice Palace, St. Petersburg.

The estimated audience: not less 12 000 people

At the end of the qualifying rounds of Russia were selected 7 groups from Russia and Ukraine, which will take part in a gala concert.

Currently began qualifying rounds for the young bands from India. The results will be announced in August 2013. Two groups of India, the winners of the qualifying rounds will take part in a gala concert in St. Petersburg.

"Two worlds, two cultures"

GREAT LIVE MUSIC is an unique in its kind festival held in the Indian state of Goa.

The main idea of the festival is a cultural exchange between Asia and Europe, the mixing of musical genres. Performances take place at the best venues of Goa.

At one stage, an open-air live music from India, Russia, Europe, world stars and just interesting young bands will sound.

According to the Russian and Indian media the latest festival was visited by not less than 7 000 people in 2013.
