The DSSSB vide its advertisement No. 04/2017 had advertised 324 [UR-178, OBC-32, SC-59,ST-55 including PH (OH-05, VH-05)] vacancies for the post of TGT (Maths) Female, Post Code-134/17in Directorate of Education. On the basis of online examination of Tier-I held on 22/09/2018 &18.11.18 and having been found provisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in the e-dossier insupport of educational qualification, age, etc in accordance with advertisement no. 04/2017 and RRs forthe post of TGT (Maths) Female, Post Code-134/17 in Directorate of Education, the followingcandidates are hereby provisionally nominated as per their merit:-

2. The selection of the above candidates shall further be subject to genuineness of the documentson the basis of which they have claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibility conditions as prescribed in theRRs and terms and conditions of advertisement inviting applications and subject to thorough verificationof their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/handwriting etc. on the application form,admission certificate etc. The candidature of the above candidates are liable to be cancelled by the UserDepartment also, in case the candidates are found not to be fulfilling the terms & conditions of theadvertisement inviting applications for the said post code. The Competent Authority of the Departmentconcerned shall issue the appointment letter to the candidates after being satisfied about their eligibilityas laid down in the recruitment rules and after verification of the correctness of the information furnishedin the application form & the documents related to Educational Qualification, Age and other essentialCertificates as per Govt. of India instructions issued in this regard vide MHA O.M. No. 2/29/54-RPS, 19-11-54.

3. The candidature of the following candidate is being kept pending for the reason mentionedagainst her roll no. as below:-

4. The above mentioned candidate whose result have been kept pending for want of essentialdocuments as mentioned above is hereby requested to upload the above documents in the e-dossierduring the period of 27/03/2019 to 05/04/2019, failing which her candidature will be rejected and nofurther opportunity will be given on whatsoever ground.

5. The result process for the above post code stands closed in all respect. However, one vacancyhas been kept pending for want of essential document in the e-dossier. There is no waiting panel as noqualified candidate available in the merit. The remaining unfilled vacancies are being returned to the userdepartment.

6. Mere inclusion of name in the result notice does not confer any right upon the candidateover the post.

7. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, the DSSSB reserves the right torectify errors and omissions, if any.

8. This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority, DSSSB.
