Summary

To accomplish goals we must do more than dream or talk about “one day” achieving those

goals. The purpose of this online training course is to assess your values and the

achievements—big or small—you want in life. You will be given the tools to develop S.M.A.R.T.

goals to set you up for future success. Part of the training in this manual was selecting three

goals you want to accomplish and developing a specific plan on how YOU are going to make it

happen. Now it’s time to take the tools you have been given and achieve your goals.
