• Sites are used to store content – Group by project
• Can have as many sites as you need – Can identify favorites
• Users have a home site

Site Types
• Visible and searchable to all Network Users and any External Users explicitly invited to the Site
• Network Users can search content in Site without joining • Network Users can join by themselves to receive Activity Updates for Site
Public Site
• Visible and searchable to all Network Users and any External Users explicitly invited to the Site
• Network Users can request to join the Site. Site Managers must approve to give access
• Until a user is added to the Site, the content is private to everyone outside the Site
Moderated Site
• Site is hidden until Site Manager(s) explicitly invite users to the Site • Once users are added, they can view and search content in Site

• Can create and edit any content they have permissions on, including other user’s uploaded content

• Can add new content, and edit their own content, but can’t edit another user’s uploaded content
Site Contributor
• Only has read-only access to Site Content
