Indefinite Quantity Construction ContractSourcewell (Formerly NJPA), issues this Invitation for Bid (IFB), to provide Indef-inite Quantity Construction Contracting (IQCC) services to, all Sourcewell Mem-bers including all government agencies, education agencies such as collegesand universities, and non-profit agencies in the State of Kentucky. Each con-tract will have an initial term of one year and bilateral option provision for threeadditional one-year terms. The Estimated Annual Value per contract is$2,000,000.00. A contract extension may be offered based on the best in-terests of Sourcewell and its members.IQCC is a contracting procurement system that provides facility owner’s accessto contractors that provide construction, repair and renovation services over anextended period of time.Interested bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid seminar that will be con-ducted for the purpose of discussing the IQCC procurement system, the con-tract documents, and reviewing the Sourcewell Procurement Portal system forresponding to the IFB. The Pre-Bid conference will be conducted via webcaston the below date and time. Log-in information for the webcast will be sent toall entities that register for this IFB through the Sourcewell Procurement Portalat https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.govPre-Bid Webcast will be held on June 3, 2020 at 1:00 PM., Central TimeAn electronic copy of the IFB Documents, including the instructions for submit-ting a bid, may be obtained by visiting the Sourcewell Procurement Portal at ht-tps://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov and selecting the desired solicitation fromthe open solicitations list. All Bidders must have a Sourcewell ProcurementPortal account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, whichwill enable the Bidder to download the Bid Documents, to receive email notific-ations of the issuance of addenda, to download all documents, and to submit abid online.Bids are due by 4:30 p.m., Central Time, on June 24, 2020Questions related to this bid are to be submitted through the Sourcewell Pro-curement Portal only by clicking on the “Submit a Question” button for this spe-cific bid opportunity.
