Something NEW is coming just for YOU!Next fall, apartments in North Avenue and on west campus will become dedicated homes for second-year students, providing amplerooms for you to live, study and connect with your peers. Just imagine – your own private bedroom! You will have convenient accessto a dining hall, gym, workout room, and meeting/study rooms, and you can purchase parking nearby. You will be able to enjoy socialevents and the convenience of academic, health, and well-being resources all within a few steps from your door.

As you juggle your class schedule, extracurricular obligations, campus job, and social life, what will be most convenient - living oncampus or living off campus? Managing all of your responsibilities can be stressful and time consuming. Campus living simplifiesyour life. Throughout the day and into the evening, you can easily come and go from your campus home for all your academic andsocial activities.

It doesn’t get much better than on-campus living. All your friends live close by, and you can have an apartment!

APARTMENT STYLEApartment style bedrooms are furnished with an extra-longtwin bed, chest of drawers, desk, desk chair, and wardrobe.

Each living room includes a sofa, end table, coffee table, anda dining table with chairs. The kitchen comes equipped with astove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Bedroomsand living area have either carpet or wood laminate flooring.

6 bedroomAPARTMENT STYLEFour & Six BedroomsEach apartment features four to six private bedrooms, two to threebathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and dining/study area.Fully furnished with an open kitchen and large windows, eachapartment offers a great living space.

All campus housing includes utilities & high-speed internet access.

A rising second-year student is one who matriculated atGeorgia Tech in summer 2019, fall 2019, or spring 2020, and who was accepted as a freshman according to admission records.

You are considered a risingsecond-year student evenif your class status is asophomore, junior, or seniordue to your AP credit hours.

• Senior (90+ hours)• Junior (60-89 hours)• Sophomore (30-59 hours)• Freshmen (0-29 hours)

Room assignments are madeusing a room selectionnumber based on your classstatus and the number ofcredit hours earned atGeorgia Tech at the end ofthe fall semester.

Students who have thesame ranking will berandomly sorted.
