During Gdynia Business Week students: learn the principles of functioning of a company gain new skills necessary for running a business
(how to set up a company, to make decisions connected with managing an enterprise, setting prices, allocating marketing costs preparing a company budget)
develop their communication, negotiating and teamwork skills,

divided into groups of ten, students learn by various simulations
the program ends with Stakeholders’ Presentation as well as Trade Show when students present their companies and products and they are assessed by representatives of local businesses
meet with real business people participate in seminars at which speakers are
American and Polish entrepreneurs.
