STMicroelectronics (Tours, France), where her works have explored and optimized all the facets of the complete manufacturing of power electronics devices,
with a focus on the optimization of SiC epitaxy. During her career, Selsabil SEJIL authored/co-authored more than 8 publications in the semiconductor
field. Selsabil was graduated from University Paris Sud with a master's degree in NanoSciences (Orsay, France).
