The vision for specialists at Fusion Dental is to practice in a multi-specialty environ-ment where doctors are given the freedom to practice comprehensive patient cen-tered dentistry liberated from the con-straints of non-clinically centered respon-sibilities as well as the ability to grow pro-fessionally alongside like minded profes-sionals through education and mentoring programs. The center will enable our doc-tors, while maintaining a work/life balance, to realize a level of financial success that includes the opportunity for ownership in a multispecialty center as well as to invest in group dental practices and the manage-ment company.
WHO WE ARE
The nature of dentistry is changing. Every year that passes sees fewer solo practi-tioners as large practices and corporate entities expand their presence. At the same time becoming established and suc-cessful as a specialist takes more effort as general dentists choose to keep work in-house and/or rotate specialists through their practices.
Specialists, through a partnership with Fu-sion Dental, will be able to merge the best practice philosophy characteristics of a smaller practice with the freedom brought about by modern practice management techniques, advances in technology, and the efficiencies of a group practice.

FUSION DENTAL
Fusion Dental is a Dental Partnership Or-ganization that is owned and directed by dentists employed in our system. This or-ganizations sole purpose is to support the clinical activities of providers by freeing them from daily non-clinical activities such as human resources, accounting, compli-ance, IT, supplies, and marketing. Fusion Dental also allows for operating efficien-cies created by economies of scale. How would you like to work with dentists who are enthused to collaborate and refer their patients? Our model incentivizes general dentist to seek the best possible treatment for their patients by providing them with the opportunity to invest; in es-sence, making them a part of the team! Gone are the days of chasing general practitioners for a few referrals. Further-more, we will look to purchase or develop new general dentist practices that will be a part of our network.

THE VISIONARY
Dr. Dennis Davis is a Diplomate of the
American Board of Periodontology. He is
well trained in all phases of non-surgical
and surgical periodontal thera-
py. His undergraduate studies were com-
pleted at Florida
State University,
where he received a
Bachelor of Arts de-
gree in Biological
Science. Dr. Davis
went on to re-
ceive his Doctor of
Dental Medicine de-
gree in 2002 at Nova
Southeastern Uni-
versity. After spending several years in
general dentistry, he completed a Dental
Implant Fellowship at Southern Illinois
University. Dr. Davis obtained a Certificate
in Periodontology from the University of
Florida in 2007.
FUSION DENTAL PARTNERS
Dr. Dennis Davis opened his first office in
The Villages in 2009 with the desire to
serve patients with high quality, compre-
hensive, state of the art, innovative perio-
dontal and dental implant solutions. With
this mission and a culture of empathy,
kindness, integrity, along with a genuine
and sincere desire to help patients
achieve a lifetime of optimal oral health;
his practice outgrew its original location. In
2016 Dr. Davis saw his first patient in his
new, 3200 square foot, eight operatory,
state of the art office. With a thriving prac-
tice Dr. Davis now looks to better serve
his patients and the dentists who refer
their patients to his office through the cre-
ation of Fusion Dental Partners.
The first task of Fusion Dental will be the
creation of the Village Specialty Dental
Center which will include the services of
two periodontists, an endodontist, and an
oral and maxillofacial surgeon. The center
will enable one location for patients to take
care of many of their specialty needs, will
allow for collaborative treatment planning
by the general dentist and multiple spe-
cialists for complex cases, and will provide
economies of scale to increase efficiency
and contain costs.
THE FUTURE
The Village Specialty Dental Center is on-
ly the first step of Dr. Davis’ vision to pro-
tect specialists’ ability to practice dentistry
in a manner that allows clinical autonomy,
a work life balance, and financial security.
The new organization, Fusion Dental, a
dental partnership organization will fuse
the best philosophies from the past sole,
small group, and specialty practitioner
model of dentistry with the best patient
focused practices from modern dental
management. This organization will be
owned by participating dentists and spe-
cialists and will include management
agreements with both multispecialty cen-
ters and general dentists.
