Guarantees
When ordering catering services, we need an estimate of your projected guest count.Forty-eight hours before the event, we require the final count for your event, whichwill be the guarantee that we use for final production and billing. You will beresponsible for the guaranteed amount or the actual number in attendance,whichever number is greater.
Payment
For all off-site events, a deposit of 50% of the charges will be required when thecatering contract is signed or 30 days prior to the event. Receipt of the depositprovides the reservation for the date. The remaining balance is to be paid on the dayof the event as contracted. For university events, the deposit is waived.
Cancellations
Refunds are determined based on the number of days written notice is received priorto the scheduled date. Specific charges will be detailed in the contract. In the eventof guest count decreases, if cancellation of the menu items are not possible, originalcharges will be made.
Delivery Service
Reasonable transportation charges are determined by the location of the event tocover our additional labor costs. Portland Center orders must meet a minimum to bedelivered and will incur additional labor charges if caterers are needed to stay on sitethrough the end of the event.
Rental Service
Events requiring china, glassware, and other rental items will be charged accordingto costs incurred by Bon Appétit.

Regular hours of service are from 7am to 5pm Monday through Saturday. For anycatered events outside of those times, please call for availability.
Linen
For any orders including food, linen for the buffet table(s) is included in the price ofthe food. Any additional linen for dining tables and napkins will be charged anominal fee.
Labor
Most events have labor charges included based upon a specific amount of timeallocated per event. Additional charges will be discussed per event.
