• Fort McCoy Army Family Housing (No RCI)
– Current Construction: 113 homes (1998-2017)
– Future Construction: FY19, Seven Home Project approved,
pending funds
• This will bring the total number of housing units to 80% of
current Housing Market Analysis (120 of 132).
– Current wait list of 48 Soldiers with Families
– ACSIM conducted a Housing Market Analysis in May 2017.
