RON BEECH Professional BackgroundRon began his real estate career in accounting. He worked for a CPA firm that specialized in accounting for real estatepartnerships. After obtaining his CPA license, he moved to Dayton and worked for a Danis Properties, a local realestate developer. After earning a Masters degree, he was a marketing manager for Deloitte and Touche and LexisNexis.
In 2004, he became a Commercial Realtor and started his first commercial real estate development venture. Hisexperience in selling, financing, management, purchasing and leasing of commercial real estate is a significant benefitto his clients. Ron understands that buying/selling or leasing real estate is an important decision that involves bothpersonal and business issues.
He invests time with his clients to understand their needs, before recommending solutions. Also, he understands thatthere are many important variables to consider when contemplating a commercial real estate transaction. Includingtaxes(real estate, payroll, personal) community financial incentives, loans, customers, demographics, zoning, trafficpatterns and parking.
