FLATBED UNLOADING PROCESSSOLMAX MATERIALS CAN BE DELIVERED VIA FLATBED TRUCKS. THIS DOCUMENT PROPOSES GUIDELINES FOR UNLOADING TO PREVENT STAFF INJURIES AND DAMAGES TO THE MATERIALS TO BE INSTALLED.

- Find a secure area to unload the material.- Start at the top of the pyramid to unload.

- Refer to Solmax's Sling Procedures document for selection of proper unloading equipment;

- All rigging and shackles should be inspected, be in good working order, and carry a valid test certi�icate.

- Grab the loose sling attached to the roll from the top and attach to equipment;

- Make sure the slings are securely tied to the equipment you are using; - Lift slowly until the roll is high enough to move away from �latbed trailer.
