First time login to the new PPD Cloud Platform
With the new PPD Cloud Platform, you will be able to access several
PPD applications using the same username and password.
• If you already have an Azure Active Directory account, go to the
section I:
I. How to access PPD applications with your corporate account (Azure
Active Directory account).
• If you have an active Microsoft account with the same email address that
you received this invitation at, go to section II:
II. How to access PPD applications through your Microsoft Account.
• If you don’t have an Azure Active Directory account nor a Microsoft
account, go to section III:

I. How to access PPD applications with your
corporate account (Azure Active Directory
account).
1. Click on the Get Started button in the email Invitation which you have received from
PPD:
2. Enter your email – the one you received the invitation at:

3. You will be then taken to your organization’s home page:
4. After you enter the credentials you use for your company’s Active Directory sign-in, you
will see a catalogue of apps to which you have access to.
Note: Make sure to select “PPD” from the top right corner in order to view your PPD
Applications.

Some of the major PPD applications that will be using this set-up are ePIP, PPD
SponsorView, Preclarus Dashboards, PPD Veeva eTMF (Veeva Vault).
You will be able to see a list of the applications you have access to – and access them
with one click - through http://myapps.ppdi.com/
Alternatively, you can also access the systems through their own login URLs -
if unsure about an application’s login URL, please check your inbox for the email
notifying you of this change.
If you need access to a PPD application but you don’t see it in your view, please
contact your PPD study team so they can request it on your behalf.

II. How to access PPD applications through your Microsoft
Account.
1. Click on the Get Started button in the email Invitation which you have received from
PPD:
2. Enter your Microsoft password and click on Sign in
3. Review and Accept the “Permissions”:

4. You will then see a catalogue of the apps to which you have access to. Make sure to
select “PPD” from the top right corner in order to view your PPD Applications.

III. You have neither an Azure Active Directory
account nor a Microsoft account
1. Click on the Get Started button in the email Invitation which you have received from
PPD:
2. Proceed to creating your account by clicking on Next:

3. Create a password for your account:
4. Enter Country/Region and Birthdate:

5. Verify your email, by entering the PIN you will receive in your mailbox
– make sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder as well:

6. Enter the Captcha to complete the account creation process:

8. You will see a catalogue of apps to which you have access to. Make

IV. Possible error messages during initial account setup
If you encounter any of the bellow error messages when activation
your account, please follow the outlined resolution steps. If you
encounter other issues or error messages – please contact PPD
Clinical Systems Support at http://support.ppdi.com
I. F5 – Your session could not be established
If you encounter this error message, please try opening the link in a different web
browser (Chrome, Firefox). If the issue persists, please open the Menu in Chrome, select
More Tools and Clear browsing data:

Under Time range select All time and then – Clear Data:

II. You have reached this page in error. Redirecting…
If you activate your account, reach the following page and click on ePIP Partner
Access but then get redirected to the PPD homepage:
The reason for this error message is that your account was created, but you have not
been granted study access in ePIP yet.
If you have just received the email for the account activation, please allow at least 1-2
hours to pass, so the ePIP study access can be granted.
If it has been more than 2 hours after the receipt of the account activation email, and
you are still getting redirected to the PPD homepage when trying to access
https://epip.ppdi.com, please contact PPD Clinical System Support at
http://support.ppdi.com
