PROJECT DESCRIPTION Federation Construction has been retained to assist Osum Oil Sands with project

construction for a portfolio of sustaining capital and production expansion projects at

their Orion SAGD facility. These projects are located throughout the plant and offsite

areas, requiring all disciplines of construction services. Construction works along with

their engineering team to deliver a full turn-key solution. Federation has worked on this

portfolio at Orion since 2013.
