Faci XP Since I joined AIESEC in November 2009 i have had

different FACI experiences that have been very satisfactory to myself. I have been FACI of several info sessions of my LC, induction events, bodings and many other local activities, also I have had the opportunity to facilitate in 2 national conferences of my country, Guatemala, those where CONAL 2011 & SDL 2011, in CONAL I was assigned to the new members agenda and in SDL I was FACI for the general agenda as OPS.

¿Why would i like to facilitate at LDS 2011?

I would love to be FACI at LDS 2011 in AIESEC El Salvador because I would love to share my experiences with all members of AIESEC El Salvador, in a more personal way, I believe that facilitating in another country, with different members will contribute amazingly to my experience and will challenge me to give out my best.

I would like to learn first of all, how to manage audience that I haven’t previously met, I think that is one of the greatest challenges of facilitating in other countries, I would also like to learn from the time spent with the conference team, because I have been told that sharing experiences is what complements the learning progress. I ’m sure that this will be a powerful experience that will definitely contribute to my personal an professional growth.

¿What would i like to learn from this XP?

THE WAY I SIMPLY DO IT!!! I guess every person contributes to a team with their own way of doing the same thing differently, a mix of my personality, my leadership skills and my development as FACI is what will make my participation a unique contribution to the conference team, specifically the FACI team.

I truly believe with all that I am that the only thing that is powerful enough to motivate you to focus and accomplish great results in what you do is PASSION, ATTITUDE and COMMITMENT, being passionate about what you do, the level of commitment, and the attitude that you have when you do it is what makes the difference, and you can’t teach passion, attitude or commitment, you have to somehow transfer it to others, inspire, lead and make the believe that those 3 ingredients make things possible. I ’m actually very passionate about AIESEC, I’m 100% committed and I believe I do AIESEC in the most positive attitude that I can, as FACI I know I can transfer this things to @El Salvador members so they accomplish results and make the organization grow in that country.
