management number that tells us
when it is received, under which
Bishop, kind of record, number of
donation for the year.

Conservation:
Each artifact requires a different set ofprocedures to maintain it for research.
Storage requirements may have to bemodified but we always remain as closeto the recognized storage standards ofeach kind of record or artifact.
