2. Materi Pembelajarana. Teks Procedure:Two days ago I happened to attend a french cooking class and was thrilled when I successfully baked an orange cake. I was glad that I paid full attention and managed to scribble down the recipe during the demonstration.“Orange Cake”Ingredients:- 2 oranges- 250 gr of sugar- 150 gr of butter- 150 gr of flour- 3 eggs- 2 teaspoon of yeartThe heat of the oven at 150o. Grate the oranges to get the zest (orange peel) and set a side. Cut the butter into small pieces and put it in a bowl with 150 gr of sugar. Beat the butter and sugar until the mix looks even.Add the eggs and continue beating. Add the orange zest and flour slowly to avoid lumps. Add the yeast. Mix evently and pour into a disk. Cook in the oven for 35 minuts.Squeeze the orange juice. Mix one glass of water with 100 gr of sugar and the orange jiuce. Stir. Boil the mixture for five minutes to make orange syrup. Keep stirring. Set inside. Remove the disk from the ovens and turn out the mould when it is still warm.Pour the orange syrup very slowly on the cake. Arrange a few slices of orange of top of cake. Ready to serve.
