Testing Sessions Paper Testing: ALL students must be tested at
the same time, in the same content area. Computer Testing: Multiple
testing sessions can be utilized in a single day. The first
computer based test must begin at the same time as the paper based
test. Note: A 10-15 minute break is allowed between test sessions.

can use the EOC Early Warning Report within IC. OAA will provide
DACs with a list of seniors missing EOC scores or with a
non-participation to assist with roster cleanup. Data Management

tracking. https://assessment.jefferson.kyschools.us/DMC/ When
spring testing rosters open in late April, accountability rosters
for graduates will contain students with and without EOC exam
scores. Districts will be able to file non-participations in SDRR
during spring rosters - Information will be shared through BAC
emails. All students should be tested or the graduating accountable
school will receive the lowest test score for missing exams.

survey link for ordering EOC materials. Each school MUST complete
this survey even if you are not testing. EOC #6 is offered using
Computer Based Testing ONLY. We have a few non-A1 schools that do
not have the capability to test online. Please contact Ryan Goepper
if you are one of these sites.

on Quality Core. If the student has been in any KY high school we
may be able to transfer them to your location in Quality Core. If
they cannot be transferred we will contact you so that you can add
them to Quality Core. If the student is new to KY schools you
should add them to Quality Core.

not test No roster in SDRR at this time Print or save electronic

Clean Up Your Rosters 26 You MUST clean up Quality Core rosters
(immediately after testing) and SDRR rosters (during spring
testing)! For 2013-14 we found 795 students who were listed as
having no test submitted. If roster cleanup is not completed YOUR
school will receive a NOVICE for any student who is left on a
roster!!

his/her answer document when removing it from the test book you
will need to: VOID the torn answer document Record the VOIDED book
on an irregularity report Give the student a blank answer document
You received extra blanks that are not in a book within your
shipment Bubble in all student demographic and test roster data

Slide 35
EOC Pre-Printed Materials If you move a student from one roster
to another after the materials have been printed you will NOT be
able to use the pre-printed materials. Materials are printed with
roster information included in the barcode. Moving a student and
using the pre-printed materials WILL delay scoring. If you need to
move a student to a different roster DO NOT use the pre-printed
book, instead you will need to bubble the students demographics on
a blank book. 35
