3. RoadmapPrioritize your top 3 career choices.
4. PrepareIdentify what you want to achieve, set goals andresearch if there is a need to acquire additional skills,knowledge and education for your new career.
5. Marketing YourselfDress for Success!
6. Manage Your Career (Partner with Professionals).
It is important to continue keep abreast ofdevelopments in the marketplace and adjustaccordingly.
7. Act nowDecember is a slow time for companies to actually takeon new people but an excellent opportunity to prepareand plan for 2011 and your new future.
