Action Plan
• An ad-hoc committee will be assigned to gain a better understanding of, and develop recommendations to address, College-wide areas of low satisfaction.
• The Compensation Committee will continue to explore financially feasible pay & benefit recommendations for the Board to consider.
• Each VP will be responsible for developing a list of initiatives that address areas of low satisfaction that are specific to their division.
