MISSION STATEMENT
Empire Fitness Club is dedicated to building championship caliber athletes by improving their sport specific ability and their physical attributes in order to succeed at the highest level
Goals: To improve athletic ability for the serious athlete in their sport
Target area athletes in the sports of basketball, football, baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, and swimming
Combine sports specific training with speed and acceleration training, weight lifting, and injury prevention
