Timeline
• Faculty Question Personalization (QP)• Begins 50% from Course Start Date• Ends 75% from Course Start Date
• Student Fill Out (FO)• Begins 80% from Course Start Date• Ends 100% from Course Start Date
• Subject View Management (SVM)• Begins 80% from Course Start Date• Ends 100% from Course Start Date
• Reports Available• One week after final grades are posted
Faculty QP
• Add up to ten supplemental questions with up to five customized questions
• Initial QP invitation will arrive via email when the course reaches 50% complete
• Students receive core questions regardless if QPs are selected or not
• Remember to hit submit

• If you only have 1 course being evaluated, the link will take you straight to that QP

• If no supplemental questions are added, students will still receive the
core questions

• Two reminders will be sent out• 1st Reminder: 88% from Course Start Date
• 2nd Reminder: 97% from Course Start Date

Course Evaluations to view the list of course
evaluations to be completed
Subject View Management (SVM)
• Faculty will receive the SVM email invitation the same day that the evaluation opens to students
• Click the link in the email to view response rates
• Refresh the page to update

Report Distribution
• Report access is emailed to faculty and supervisors within 1 week of final grades being submitted
• All courses will be evaluated• To opt out of a report being sent to a supervisor, visit the
eXplorance Blue webpage on the Institutional Research site
