External: Remove loose and peeling paint back to a firm byscraping, sanding or other suitable means and feather edges.Apply sodium hypocholrite solution (house hold bleach thinned 1part bleach to 2 part water) to all areas containing algae. Leavefor at least 1 hour. Scrub entire area with sugar soap solution toremove dirt, chalked material and any other contaminants, rinsethoroughly with fresh water and allow to dry (see below). Repaircracks and /or plaster defects as per 'Crack Repair/PlasterFinish' available from Plascon. All surfaces must be clean,sound and dry before painting. The moisture content of thecement plaster must be below 8% when measured on a Doserhygrometer BD2 scale(or equivalent). Colour in accordance withfinishing schedule.

Rinse thorougly with fresh water and allow drying.Remove rust completely back to bright metal by sanding andscraping, or by using rust remover following instructions on thecontainer. Where rust cannot be removed completly then rusistis to be applied: all loose rust must be removed by scraping,chipping, etc. Where it is not possible or practical to remove rustcompletely, such as in hidden areas and deep recesses, rusistRust Converter may be applied. Sand old enamel paint to aneven matt finish to remove chalked material and to provide akey. Surfaces must be clean, sound and dry before painting.Application: Spot prime bare areas with Zinc phospahate primer.First coat Professional all purpose undercoat. Second and thirdcoat Proffesional brilliant white gloss enamel. 16hr drying timebetween coats. Colour in accordance with finishing schedule.

Supply and fit “Beta” S/S/S Drywall partitions with boards fullheight to 2.700m fixed to concrete floor with 90mm skirtingchannel and suspended ceiling tees with 90mm Ceiling channel.Drywall Partition System comprising natural anodised aluminiumceiling channel, 65mm floor track and 64mm vertical studs at600mm centres, friction fitted, or riveted to ceiling channel andfloor tracks with similar additional vertical studs as necessary atcorners ends etc. and covered both sides with 12mm GypsumTapered Edge Wallboard screwed to studding with 25mm drywallscrews at maximum 230mm centres. Boards are to be buttjoined and tapered edges fitted with 50mm wide self-adhesive“Fibatape” and finished with jointing compound all in accordancewith the manufacturer’s instructions. Hack up and remove existing screed to floors.. Remove alldebris/loose unsound screed from the area to be repaired. EXIST. SCREED TO FLOORS
Apply "Pro Struct 528 : Structural Concrete'' or other equallyapproved product into the pre-saturated surface. Coverage will beapproximatley 1.4m2 at 10mm thick per 25kg of ''Pro Struct 528'' orother equally approved product. Ensure complete substrate contactand maximum compaction. Cure the repairs by keeping them dampfor 24hrs after the initial set has taken place. ALL STRUCTURALAND BUILDING REPAIR WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT UNDERSTRICT SUPERVISION OF A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER.

Main tees to be suspendedat 1,200m centres by means of 25 x 25 x O,8mm galvanizedmild steel angle hangers fixed to bulb of main tee with wafer-tekscrews and to slab with 6 x 30mm express nails and washers.Fit 9,0mm thick gypsum board to underside of grid system withtapered edge of board facing down with 25mm drywall screws at150mm centres. Apply 50mm wide self-adhesive glass fibre tapeto all joints and finish with CAPCO Jointing Compound.Apply 3-5mm thick coat of CAPCO Gypsum Skimming Plaster to entiresurface of ceiling.
