“I can see us staying here for a very long time.”
Cameron Owen works from sunset to sunrise and then heads to college. His wife Calliemanages a similarly crowded schedule. With three young children, including twins, sparetime is rare. Being able to raise their family in a healthy, affordable home is paramount.
When the Owens moved into their home at Canyon Crossing at Riverwalk in Midvale,Utah, they gained an additional bedroom, greener and more costefficient utilities, including geothermal heating and cooling, and more modern features – all at acomparable rent to their former apartment. Along with helping them keep their headsabove water financially, their new home is a source of pride.
As Cameron pursues his degree, the Owens – whose story is captured in our annualreport – plan to stay at Canyon Crossing until they’re able to buy a house. “I can see usstaying here for a very long time,” Callie says.
