THE ULTIMATE CASH MACHINE BLUEPRINT
Best Kept eBay Secrets Finally Exposed
How to 2 Little-Known techniques could increase your profit margin when you buy
and sell in eBay -----------------
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
So to start, I'm not going to tell you who I am, what I do for a living or how I
came about with this guide. Nobody really cares. When I buy WSO eBooks I
really dislike it when some fill it with a lot of introduction about themselves
and filler content that has no relevance to the information of the eBook itself.
Just give me the freakin’ info! So I'm not going to do that to you.
Phheeewww….now that I communicated that, lets proceed to what you want
to know.
--------------------
There is a reality: every day there are thousands of people that list items on
eBay for auction or for direct sale but their items aren’t discovered when
buyers search on eBay because they make TWO BIG MISTAKES.
By using two simple, but not very known techniques, you can now find these
items, grab the bargains and resell them for profit in eBay itself, Craigslist or
your own website or offline, why not. Or better yet, keep them for yourself!
Wouldn’t be great to find a digital camera and know that you only paid it at
bargain price? How cool can that be?!
I will teach you how to find these kind of listings. Because of these mistakes,
you can find items that start as low as $0.99 under the Auction listings. The
sellers are expecting for bids to come, and for the price to go up, not
knowing their items are not even showing in the results. But luckily for you,
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
you will learn how to find these kind of listings, bid on them and win them at
a low price.
There may be someone after reading this guide that may say “Hey, I already
knew of this technique!!”. If that’s the case, then good for you! I'm sure you
know then how this works and then know that what I’m teaching here is not
bull crap.
Lets give an example for a moment. And there are many examples like this
sadly (for them). Let say a seller lists a pair of dangling earrings, and get no
buyers, no bids, nothing. After the list expires he or she re-lists the item
again for a second time, and same results. No buyers, no bids, nothing. Uh?
What’s going on? Was it the price? Was it the picture? What happened?
Well, how about if there was something wrong with the title? Lets give it a
look: “FOR SALE: A BEAUTIFUL PAIR OF CHANDALEER EARRINGS”.
Hhhmmmm. Did you catch it? Did you see the mistake?
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
There is a world of people that misspell out there. Many eBay sellers do not
check their eBay auction listings before they submit them. This means that
their listings contain misspelled words in the titles or in the descriptions.
Whether it's a result of a lack of attention to detail or just they flat out
misspell, these misspelled eBay items are very difficult to find. So, they get
far less bids, no bids at all, or sell for less, if they sell at all!
Look at these examples of items for sale that are horribly misspelled:
“LABTOP computers”, “KNIFES”, “Art DEKO vases”, “CAMRAS”,
“COMFERTERS, “SAPHIRES” and the list goes on...
Ha! This is an AHA moment for some, right?
Why didn’t I think of this before?
This is a question I asked myself too…..
There is a story of someone that bought Hubbell electrical cords for a tenth
of their usual cost by searching for Hubell and Hubbel. I have no idea what
these cords are, but I'm sure this buyer knew this was something of value.
Another story I read was of a guy's father that was selling his drum cymbals,
after he went off to college. His father had no idea what he was selling, and
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
not only that, he also listed the cymbals with the incorrect spelling and he
attached a Buy-It-Now price ridiculously low. Imagine if you caught this
auction by the technique I’ll show you and resold the cymbals on eBay? You
could’ve made a good difference of money for sure.
Nobody really knows how much misspelling is out there in the eBay lalaland.
There are lots of items that are misspelled, like BYCICLES, TELEFONES,
DIMONDS, MOTHER OF PERL, CUTTLERY, BEDROOM SUITS and
ANTIKS among others.
I just did a quick search for CARAT and this is what I found. Look at this
pic…Isn’t this crazy?
0 bids…0 bids!!! Ok,
ignore the price since its
starts at a high one, but
the point here is that there
are items like this that you
can find for a low price.
Maybe this ring at $2K is not that bad at all for some. You may want to bid
on it after all and re sell it for 5K!
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
Since this listing is misspelled, it won’t show up on a regular well-spelled
search. If I'm looking for .45 carat (or Karat) ring it is for sure that I wont find
this listing. But now YOU can! J Few minutes… few more minutes and you
will know how to do this….patience… patience …
The next is another good example of not paying attention when writing the
title :
I really don’t understand how can someone take a picture of a product, post
it and the list the item misspelled…smh….
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
And this one….. A simple mistake can cost this seller a fortune… And it is a
PRADA! Mama mia…
Crazy uh? I’ll show you in a minute how to find these…two more minutes….
SO, THE EBAY CASH-COW SECRET #1 is:
~MISSPELLS~ -----------------------------------
Now, remember that I told you at the beginning that there are two
techniques? We just saw one -that although unknown for many- it may be
common for the eBay savvy bidders…But it is a secret.
So I'm not so sure about this next one though….in my opinion, I don’t think
there are many that know about this one either! So keep it a secret ok?…
Shhhhhh
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
So look at this picture below. Read the title. What’s happening here? What
do you see missing?
And what about in this one?
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
Ok, probably you figured it out already. What is missing is the MAIN
keyword of what the item is! PRINTER and LAPTOP are missing from
these two examples. Fatal mistake I would say… Once again, do not focus
on the price. I just wanted to show you that there are items out there that
you can find too.
THE EBAY CASH-COW SECRET #2 is:
“NOT IN TITLE”
So what does it mean “Not in Title”?
It means that they forgot to put the main keyword of what the item is. If
someone is doing a search for a particular CASIO WATCH and it happens
that there is a listing that skipped the word WATCH in it, that particular
listing will not show up in this search, therefore, missing a bid and ultimately
a sale…for this example I typed WATCH in the search box, chose the “Not
in Title” option and I found this listing:
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
It has 0 bids, the price is reasonable, it closes in only 2 minutes and I'm sure
that if it is an auction listing is because the seller is expecting for it to have
bids and for the price to go up….but sorry… not in this case…
I’ll explain how to do this kind of search in the following pages where you
can see a couple of examples of the results I got using this technique.
----------------
OK, so, cool…. Enough of theory…. Now…how do I find those precious
“Misspelled” and “Not In Title” items??
And finally the answer: there are many resources out there but I found these
5 to be the best.
These are the 5 FREE resources:
• TypoBuddy • GoofBid.com • FatFingers • Auctionintelligence
• TypoHound
I use Goofbid since it has a multitude of other eBay tools, including the “Not In Title” search tool. At the time of this writing, that the other resources don’t
provide this tool.
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
So I will explain how to use Goofbid works. It is very simple:
First, no need to open an account if you are just browsing, but if you want to
use the other tools, like the eBay Sniper, it is a good idea to register. eBay
Sniper automates the process of placing a bid for you in the closing
seconds of an eBay auction, increasing your chance of winning that item.
These are the first 3 steps on how to use Goofbid:
1. Chose Country
2. Choose the Type of Search: Misspelling or Not in Title (Note: there are
other 3 tools here but I don’t really use them. Fell free to explore
though!)
3. The item or brand misspelled or keyword if you are looking for Not in
Title
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
For this example I typed KEURIG and chose MISSPELLING .
Once you get the results, check the AUCTION ONLY box and then click on
the REFINE SEARCH button.
Why do you want to mark only the AUCTION format listings? Because the prices on the BUY NOW are already set too high!
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
Once the new refined results appear, sort them by LOWEST FIRST. We’ll,
its really up to you. You may want to find listings that are about to close.
Play with this and see what you can find! Have fun!
As you can see, I got a listing that misspelled the word KEURIG and has
KURIG instead in the title. Good find! I like to bid on the ones that have 0
bids and are ending the soonest.
But you can find a way that works better for you.
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
Then click on the title of the item (blue link) and Goofbid will take you to
eBay listing, then all you have to do is place your bid! And do what you
usually do in eBay after a bid or purchase.
-----------------
The Not in Title technique works the same way with a small change.
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
Once you input your term and choose Not in Title under the drop down menu,
like this image, it will give you the option of what Category you want to look into.
In this case I want to look under the PRINTERS category. What happens is that it
will look for items that DO NOT have the word PRINTER in their titles in this
particular category.
If instead of the Printers category you want the TONER CARTRIDGES category,
then the results will be different. It will look for items that DO NOT have the
PRINTER word in that category.
Here is an example (next page) of a title that shows the model of the cartridge
but forgot to add the word INK in it. 0 bids. $0.99!! And I know these cartridges
are not cheap!
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
This is a matter of playing around and find an item that is a bargain! That’s the
whole point in doing all this! Then re-sell it for more or just keep it for yourself.
So now is time for you to shine and resell it with the RIGHT spelling and making
sure that the main word is included. Don’t make the same mistakes!
These are some quick tips to keep in mind for your listings:
• Make sure to have lots of relevant keywords in your title with the right
spelling
• Lots of pictures.
• Or if you dare you can make a video showing the item around. This builds
credibility.
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
• Give a complete, full of details description that is simple to understand
• Make a 7 day auction, starting at $0.99 cents (if you are posting in eBay)
• Don’t exaggerate on the shipping charges. People are not stupid.
I want to give you a BONUS included right here in this report.
It is a list of brands that people usually misspell. There are some of you that may
think “How can this brand be misspelled! It is so easy!!” Yes, I agree, but there
are some like me that mix the order of the letters! I type adn instead of and a
lot… so I can understand how a simple word can be misspelled….
Now, remember that when you are doing the Goofbid search you have to write it with the RIGHT spelling!
It is in the results were you will see the listings with the misspelled word.
By now you got the idea, so you can play with other brands, items, etc and see
what you can find, but thought of helping you and so I put together a high-end
brand list hoping you can find some good listings! I know some women will love
me! But if you think about it, it can be anything!
Ok, so ready? There are a LOT!!!

“Not in Title” ideas:
When it comes to find a word that you think may not be in the title is just a matter
of imagination. It can be anything. Look around your home, your office, and think!
It may sound obvious but it is amazing how many skip the main words in the title!
These are some ideas:
• Watch
• Printer
• Ink
• Laptop
• Cell (for cell-phone)
• Blender
• GPS
• Tablet
• Mouse
• Necklace
• Pendant
Copyright 2014 - The eBay Cash-Cow - All rights reserved
• Outdoor
• Bag-pack
• Kit
• ……imagine!
You kinda get the idea… this list can go forever!
Now it is time for you to have fun and start playing around. I am sure that you
wont leave your computer for a while. It is fun and addictive, and I know that
personally, because I was for 4 hours once finding these kind of listings!
You will see that your mind will start thinking non-stop, trying to think of items that
you could possible search for. If you are not around your computer, make sure to
write them down or save them on your cellphone notes app for later!
Searching for misspelled items on eBay is sure a great way to save money, and
as you'll discover soon, it's a great way to start making money too.
I wish you a happy search and a profitable business!
