To meet the criteria to qualify as a “local” the map below details the boundary of the “East Neuk” applicable for this event.

Category prizes will be awarded to the first person finished in each category outside of the overall top three, i.e. if the top three are all seniors then the next senior finisher will win the 1st Senior category prize.

If a Local runner wins the race, or finishes in the top three then the 1st Local prize will be awarded to the next Local finisher with the same rule applicable to the Local Junior category (i.e. if the 1st Junior finisher is a local then the Local Junior award will go to the next Local Junior finishing the race – in the event that there is only one local junior finisher then the Local Junior trophy will also be awarded to that runner).
