6:00 – 6:30 pm WIP Fitness: Boot Camp-style workout with Matt
Vaccarelli of Work in Progress 6:30 – 7:00 pm Yoga with Karla Kress-Boyle from

In the case of rain, we will meet in the Duffy Gymnasium.
Each person enjoying the workout should bring a yoga mat or large towel and a water bottle.
Let’s show some Duffy compassion to families who have children at CCMC. The suggested donation for attending the Family Fitness Night is at least one stuffed teddy bear or Beanie Boo per family – donated items should be new with tags.
Thanks for your support!
I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to all the families who helped, participated, and
donated to the Jump Rope for Heart Fundraiser. We were able to raise $2758 as a school for the American
Heart Association!! In return each classroom will receive 2 new kick balls for their use during recess. Your
generosity is overwhelming and THANKS for your continued support and efforts.
