General RulesThe most important rule of the DRTT is very simple: havefun! Its a requirement
Armies will consist of 1250 points using a standard forceorganization chart.
The Warhammer 40K 5th Edition Rules will be used. The GW FAQ and the AdeptiCon INAT FAQ (v4.0) will beused.
Only armies listed in the Approved Army Lists sectionmay be taken.
Imperial Armor & Apocalypse units may not be used, however players may still use their Forge World modelsto represent a unit from their codex.
Individual units that may have multiple rules versions willfollow the rules presented in that army's codex. Yes, thismeans a Black Templar Land Raider will functiondifferently than a standard Space Marine Land Raider.
Please take the time to review the relevantGW/AdeptiCon FAQ's for clarifications.
Models are not required to be painted, although it ishighly recommended.
The models used in your army must comply with DRTTModel Policy.
You must provide access to your own rules (whichinclude the actual Codex used for your army).
Armies must be made from the latest Codex version.
In order to keep the tournament running on schedule, when time is called for a round, all player's must drop thedice and stop playing - no exceptions. Because of this, please be aware of the time left in the round and do notstart a turn you cannot finish.
If illegal units or rules violations are found in a player'slist, at a minimum, the models in violation will be removedfrom all subsequent play. Tournament points may bededucted and award eligibility may be forfeited. Pleasesend us an email or check our website to ask anyquestions you may have regarding rules issues or legalunits in advance!
A correct behavior is expected from all players. DRTTJudges' rulings are final and arguments or poor conductby players will not be tolerated. DRTT organizers reservethe right to remove players from the tournament withoutany refund or compensation.
