Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope you all enjoyed the glorious Bank Holiday Weekend.
We are all looking forward to our Red, White and Blue Day on Friday! I hope you can join us for a picnic (12.00-12.45pm)
on the Junior School field - come at about 11.50 , go straight onto the Junior School playing field and look out for your
child’s class. Let’s hope the weather is dry. If it is wet we will cancel and let you know by ‘phone. Don’t forget to send
the children dressed in red, white and blue.
It has been another busy week in school! YrR are enjoying learning about castles - their class role play looks very grand
and it is lovely to see the children playing in the castle. Yr1 have been enjoying the book ‘There’s a lion in my cornflakes’
and the writing has been fun to read. Yr2 are enjoying the story ‘The Queen’s Hat’ and their stories have been very
funny!
I hope you all have a lovely weekend,
