DOCUMENTS REQUIRED Candidates seeking admission through Institute Rounds

· DTE Registration Form acknowledged by the Facilitation Centre

· Score Card of MHT-CET 2018 / JEE (Main) 2018

· Aadhaar Card of the candidate

· Statement of Marks obtained at S.S.C. / X or its equivalent qualifying examination.

· Statement of Marks obtained at H.S.C. / XII or its equivalent qualifying examination.

(Grade Conversion Certificate needs to be attached, if passed qualifying

examination from any board other than Maharashtra Board)

· Statement of Marks obtained at Diploma or its equivalent qualifying examination

· Statement of Marks obtained at B. Sc. or its equivalent qualifying examination

· College Leaving Certificate (H.S.C.) or Transfer Certificate.

(Migration Certificate should be attached, in case Transfer certificate is provided)

· Birth Certificate of the candidate

· Domicile Certificate of the Candidate or Parents, whichever is applicable

· Nationality Certificate (If Nationality is not mentioned in the College Leaving Certificate)

· Eligibility Certificate from Mumbai University

(If passed qualifying examination from any board other than Maharashtra Board)

Candidates seeking admission through CAP rounds

In addition to the above mentioned documents following documents are also required:

· Confirmation Letter from the Institute where admitted, as applicable

· Sindhi Affidavit (for Sindhi Minority candidates)

· Proforma "O" (for Sindhi Minority candidates)

· Caste Certificate / Caste Validity / Non-creamy Layer Certificate (If applicable)

· Income Statement (if applicable)

· Physical Disability Certificate (if applicable)

Important Note:Thecollegecontinuestoissuetheadmissionformfromthestartdatetillthecut-offdateofadmissionsas

weareuncertainaboutthenumberofseatsremainingvacant.

TheAdmissionKitisNon-TransferableandadmissionprocessingfeeisNon-Refundable.

Itismandatoryforeverycandidateto�irstregisteronDTEwebsitebeforeapplyingfortheadmission

processattheCollege.

Candidatecanclaimonlyonetypeofcandidaturewhilesubmittingtheadmissionform.

AftersubmissionoftheDataSheet,informationcannotbechangedbythecandidate.

Anyfalsi�icationfoundinDataSheetsubmittedbythecandidateforseekingadmissionshallresultin

cancellationofthecandidaturefromtheadmissionprocess.

TheProvisionalandFinalMeritListoftheeligiblecandidateswillbedisplayedontheCollegewebsiteand

noticeboard.

IncaseofanydiscrepancyfoundintheProvisionalandFinalMeritList,thecandidatecansubmitthe

grievancesthroughwrittenapplicationalongwiththerequireddocumentswithinthespeci�iedgrievance

periodgivenintheschedule.

Eachrespectivemeritlistwillconsistofallapplicationsreceivedfromthecandidates,normallytwodays

priortothedateoftherespectiveadmissionroundswithrespecttotheschedule.
