Hindi Diwas was celebrated with great enthusiasm
in our school. Various activities were arranged to
commemorate the day to celebrate our national
language. The special assembly was conducted in
the purest form of Hindi. Students highlighted the
importance of Hindi. Hasya Kavita session was the
highlight of the day. I also took part in the special
assembly and paid tribute to my mother tongue , I
recited a poem ‘Koshish karne waalon ki kabhi
haar nahi hoti’ which was well appreciated by all.
Our school head Ms Nisha Sharma in her address,
thrown light on the importance and need of our

Being a school cabinet member, I Harshit got an
opportunity to organise a small special assembly for
our dear teachers on Teacher’s day. It is the supreme
art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative
expression of knowledge. A teacher is one who helps
us build our future. We organised a role play on Shri
Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and foot tapping dance
performance. I also recited a poem on the topic
‘Number 1 teacher’. I would like to thank all my
teachers who prepare us for the world outside. My
teachers at Ryan have been an epitome of strength
and a great pillar of support to all of us.

National fitness Day was organized in our school to
celebrate the fun of fitness and physical activity.
We all were involved in the circuit of fun activities
which highlighted the benefits leading an active
lifestyle which can overall bring a healthy life. We
did a lot of exercises like cycling, balancing, pull-
ups, curl ups, sit-ups, dance, aerobics and many
more. All the exercises helped in building my
stamina. I really got inspired by the day and have
set my own regular schedule for these physical &
fun activities. I would like to thank my school for
arranging such fun filled activities for us.
PARTH GUPTA-II-F
A beautiful puppet show was organised by our school.
I was delighted to see cute and shimmery puppets.
The puppets presented a folk tale with a moral of the
story. The story line, as represented through the
dialogues and actions of the puppets, incorporated
the humorous and dramatic elements. The puppets
assumed human qualities in appearance, speech and
expression and were life like in their portrayal of the
story characters. The human artist took the puppet
physically into the audience to interact individually
with us. The puppet show took me to the fantasy
world. I am thankful to my school for organizing such
a mesmerizing puppet show.

RAINY SEASON
The sun was hot and earth was burning,
The wind was warm and we all were sweltering.
We were waiting for the rain to come soon,
Seeing the sky, we know it was monsoon.
It was cloudy, and the scent of soil came,
Mamma said baby somewhere it has rained
Trees looked happy enjoying the rain,
Clapping their leaves, as if gone insane.
The sound of the raindrops gives us peace,
This is the reason when we love to eat.
But the roads get flooded and mosquitoes spread
dieses,
Oh my dear friend, take care please.

MY MOTHER MY HEART
My mother is my heart,
The creativity of my art.
She is my sunrise and sunset,
like a sweet kitten in a shop of pet!
She is the tree, I can lean on,
The sweetest melody of my tone,
She is my queen, So beautiful and serene!
My mother is my first best friend,
Of; my story which will never end!
She is the beat to my heart
without whom my day will never start!!

On the occasion of Swachhta Pakhwada, an oath taking
ceremony was conducted in the school premises. We all took
the swachhta pledge and vowed to play our role by
contributing towards Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. This was
followed by the tree plantation and cleaning drive. All of us
along with our HM Ma’am cleaned the surroundings of our
school and planted Jamun and Peepal saplings. Students
shouted slogans which urged everyone to fulfill Mahatma
Gandhi’s vision of a clean India. My school always takes the
first step in the society related issues. I am a responsible
citizen and a proud Ryanite.

Matilda is one of my favourite story books. I can picture the
places whenever I sit to read this story, reacquaint myself
with the feelings of comfort, inspiration and amusement. In
this book, Matilda discovers her love of books. She is
oblivious to her brilliance & her parents are less than
encouraging. It is not until Matilda attends school & meets
the lovely Ms Honey that anyone begins to nuture her
talent. But things don’t become easier for Matilda there.
She must survive a place ruled by the frightening and
larger than life Ms Trunch bull who has Matilda in her
sights insisting she is ‘nasty little worm’.
This story is beautifully heart warmimg, a surprising mix of
humour, adventure and mystery.

I, Ayushmaan Tyagi attended the dance workshop organised by Mr. Amardeep Natt who was a 2nd Runner
up in Dance Plus-Season3 also known as Zinda Robot.
Starting with warm up exercises and then moving to
more advanced forms of dance, each level brought me
full ecstasy, closeness to inner self and perfect energy and peace. Each one of us taught other group members
a unique step and then we practiced all the steps in regularized pattern. Taking selfie with Amardeep Natt
was my moment of the day. I am thankful to Respected Chairman sir & my school dance teacher Mr. Sandeep,
who encouraged me to attend this amazing workshop. My school has given me a platform to fulfill all my
dreams.

Chess is a game that requires strategic thinking, creativity,
determination & even the ability to properly analyze body
language.
To polish our logical thinking, analytical thinking and
problem solving skill, my school organised an Inter School
Chess Championship. I enthusiastically participated in the
category (9-10 yrs). There were 3 rounds. I earned myself
2nd position in this mega event. I played under the support
of my school coach Mr. Kamal who guided me about how to
make every move smartly. All in all, it was a great
experience. Chess is a game where we learn to be
responsible for our actions. I am thankful to our respected
Chairman Sir for giving us the opportunity to show our
talent.

Every month, the school with great pride visits Kanhai village with a new thought. The
vision of this program is that we get an early start on building connections with
community, and feel empowered to take action to make it an even more sustainable
place to live. This time we visited the village to commemorate Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
We took the oath to keep our surrounding clean and green. We also organised a drawing
competition for the Kanhai students on the topic-‘Mere sapno ka Bharat’. The best
drawings were selected by us and we also gave gift hamper to the winners to motivate
them. I am thankful to my school as I am a proud community outreach project member.
