MEET THE DIRECTORS OF VICTAR:
GENERAL DIRECTOR: Victor Tarasov – a founder and general director of Victar. He is in charge of the sourcing of materials, as well as the production assembling processes. He also coordinates departments.
DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION: Alla Tarasova is en engineer and technician. She is responsible for the introduction of innovative technologies.
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR: Alexey Tarasov guides the strategic development of the company and is responsible for finances.
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR: Marina Belskikh is managing the company’s interactions with governments, developing partnerships all around the world, building and supporting relationships with clients. She elaborates, implements and monitors marketing strategies.
LEGAL AFFAIRS DIRECTOR: Dominique Pion negotiates and drafts contracts and acts as legal advisor to the board of directors.

Victar offers you a good opportunity to start or expand your business and allows you to boost the production of saw mills, as well as veneer and plywood producers.
1. Our Distributor Proposal aims to create Distributor Centers all over India to offer our professional wood cutting technology to a range of industries.

3. We have the requisite industry experience in marketing and selling. 4. We believe in offering products at one stop that no other company is offering
in the wood cutting industry. 5. We have our own production facilities, sourcing and marketing all under one
roof. 6. We have the advantage of offering the most advanced wood cutting
technology for wood-‐working at a competitive price, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Our products offer excellent growth and profit potential for distributors.
DISTRIBUTORS IN INDIA
1. Our distributors will be given an area/region, in which they are operating and are comfortable to do business and offer our products
2. Our distributors will have exclusivity inside their given area/location. 3. Our distributors will have the freedom and opportunity to market the
products in various and innovative ways. 4. Our distributors will be given all the marketing support and promotional
support to sell our products.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. You have an existing office set up with sales (and marketing team as a plus); 2. You have experience in selling wood cutting tools and have detailed
knowledge of the market in your area. In particular we are keen to hear from working professionals planning to setup or enhance their own venture, wishing to expand and executives with strong people skills;
3. You have a large network of prospects and customers interested in Victar products;
4. You possess detailed knowledge of our products, or are willing to proactively acquire this knowledge by following training;
5. You are prepared to play an active role in extensively promoting Victar in your area;
6. You are prepared to share your knowledge, examples and information with Victar to establish a mutually beneficial relationship;

7. You are commercially (pro)active and willing to invest in this venture; 8. You are familiar with chainsaw technical support; 9. You are ready to provide chainsaw technical services or you have a
prospective partner for this purpose.
INITIAL INVESTMENT:
Each new Distributor shall purchase 10 Victar electric saws as a start.

Appointment of sales managers:
Distributor shall appoint sales managers according to the forecasted sales volumes.
PROFIT MARGIN:
The Distributor determines its own selling price.
BUSINESS OWNERSHIP:
1. Business ownership lies with the Distributor. It means that the Distributor will be actively involved in the running of the business on a daily basis. The Distributor is expected to generate queries through his references, network and otherwise as well. Victar shall guide and support the Distributor in this regard. The Distributor

will be responsible for running the network and generating new vendors/shops and generating business.
RECRUITMENT:
1. The recruitment will be done by the Distributor. The Distributor will initiate the recruitment process through various means such as ads, consultants and referrals.
2. The employees hired by the Distributor shall be on his payroll and not Victar’s.
TRAINING:
1. The training is to be given by Victar at a regional hub or in the main office in Izhevsk, Russia.
2. The cost of training is borne by Victar whereas the cost of travel, transportation and stay is to be borne by the Distributor.
BRANDING
Victar’s products are to be sold solely under the Victar brand.
