Unity Works is hosts Disability Awareness Training on a quarterly basis, covering topics such as:What is Disability Confident and how do I join?, Why hire diverse talent?, What barriers do people withdisabilities face when job searching or in the workplace?, What are reasonable adjustments?, What is autism?,What is a learning disability?, What are learning difficulties?, What support can I access?

Who can attend? Employers, especially HR professionals, hiring managers, line managers and anyone whowould like to become their workplace’s Ability Champion.

We ask that employers commit to one or more of the following:● Offering interviews or work trials to our candidates, with our support● Offering work experience to our apprentices and candidates, with our support● Attending our Accessible Recruitment for Employers training
