Twitter upped its ante in the visual user experience department in 2012 when it introduced the Header Photo. Now users have a prominent place to feature more personality and a tool to pull users’ eyes into the Twitter feed. To update your Twitter Header Photo, visit your accounts’ design settings and upload an image under the header section. One last header photo tip: Be sure to check the readability of your bio, as the white text can be hard to read over some header photo images. And one mini tip: Your bio can only be 160 characters.
