PROJECT DESCRIPTION (please fill out the above table and provide general information below):
Construct a new 51,060 square-foot retail space for Dick's Sporting Goods in the existing parking field between the mall entrance on the south side of the mall and Chuck E Cheese's. The new building will displace 168 parking stalls and create 11 new stalls. for a total NET LOSS of 157 parking stalls. The new building will have a loading dock with trash compactor that will be the sole means of waste collection/disposal. Water, Sewer and Storm lines (possibly private franchise utilities) will need to be located and routed around the new building. In the vicinity of the building addition are existing mall utility service connections that will be looked at and modified accordingly.
Stormwater will continue to be collected in the existing/re-routed conveyance system. Yauger Park continues to provide water quality treatment and detention for the mall property. This project is not anticipated to change how the existing system functions; therefore nof treatment ordetention is anticipated.
