INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup Sunsweet Amaz n™ Diced Prunes
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup no-shell pumpkin seeds (green pepitas)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
In skillet over low-medium heat, warm honey, oil and cinnamon
for 1 minute until honey is melted. Stir in oats, Sunsweet
Amaz n Diced Prunes, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower
seeds until well coated. Toast mixture for 8 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until golden. Let cool for 5 minutes. Store in air-tight
container for up to 5 days.
Makes 10 servings

1/4 cup plain or vanilla
low fat yogurt
1 banana, peeled
and sliced
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp protein powder
2 tsp honey
5 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender, purée prune juice, yogurt, banana, cocoa powder,
protein powder and honey until combined. Add ice cubes and
blend until smooth.
Tip: You can replace the protein powder with 1/4 cup
pasteurized egg whites if desired.

INGREDIENTS
Salad
2 cups water
1 cup quinoa
1 cup halved red grapes
1/2 cup Sunsweet Amaz n™ Diced Prunes,
Amaz n™ Berry Blend or Amaz n™ Cranberries
1/2 cup each: thinly sliced celery, green onions,
and chopped toasted walnuts
Dressing
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
Freshly ground pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse quinoa in a fine mesh strainer; drain well. Bring water and
quinoa to a boil in a medium saucepan; reduce heat and simmer,
covered, for 12 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes, then fluff with
a fork and let cool. Place in a large bowl with remaining salad
ingredients. Whisk together all dressing ingredients and pour
over salad; toss well to coat. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

Warm up in the morning with these three simple, easy yoga exercises:
Spinal Stretch: Sitting cross-legged, press your sit bones (derrière) into the floor and lengthen your spine, reaching up with the crown of your head. Keep both sit bones on the floor while
you do this stretch. Place your left hand on your right knee, inhale, and lengthen your spine. Then exhale and twist to the right. Return to center, switch sides, and repeat.
Cat Tilt: Come onto all fours with your wrists under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Lengthen your spine, reaching the
crown of your head toward the wall in front of you and your tailbone toward the wall behind you. Inhale deeply, then exhale and round your back up toward the ceiling like an angry cat, drawing your chin toward your navel. On the next inhale, arch your back, dropping your belly toward the floor, lifting your sit bones and collarbones and gazing up toward the ceiling. Repeat this sequence three times.
START THE DAY SMART
Puppy Dog: From all fours, press your hands and fingers into the floor, tuck your toes and lift your hips up and back. Keeping both knees
bent, breathe and “wag your tail.” Then bring one heel toward the floor, straightening that leg behind you. Breathe, then bend that knee and straighten the other leg.
Finish off with a resting pose. Sit or lie quietly and tune in to your breathing for several minutes. Remember to smile—it’s great “mouth yoga” that brightens your face and your mood.
