DESCRIPTION
Shahrokhi ducted dampers open , close or
adjust by rotate a number of blades with a
common linkage mechanism in square type
and by rotate a lever with a handle or an

The baldes of square ducted dampers are
constructed in two types of parallel and
opposite (Figures 3&4).To easily open or close the blades a brass
bush with a grease reservoir located in join
the frame.Either is possible to use aluminium
washable air filter with different thicknesses

CORRUGATE FIRE DAMPERS
The corrugate fire dampers have a number
of interlocking blades which these blades
fixed the damper at open position by use a
support.In fire time at vertical fixing position the
damper closed because of blades weight
and at horizontal fixing position closed by a
special spring (figure 6).
Either in these type of dampers is possible to
fix the blades out side the air path inside a
casing to decrease air pressure drop
(figure 7).

The parallel and opposite fire dampers have
multy blades with a common linkage
mechanism which these blades fixed
damper at open position by use a support.In fire time , the damper closed because of
the weight attached the blades at vertical
fixing position (Figure 8).
Either is possible to connected the linkage
mechanism to an electrical motor at
horizontal and vertical fixing positions

Shahrokhi gravity shutter dampers have
multi parallel blades with a linkage
mechanism which automatically open when
increase air pressure and close by the

AHMAD SHAHROKHI was born in 1932 and began working in Sholeh Khavar Company in 1950. At that time, Iranian Industry was very young and most of the industrial parts and equipment were imported from foreign countries and Sholeh Khavar Company, active in the field of installation industry, was of no exception to this rule, thus it imported the air adjustable grilles required for its projects from USA supplied by T&B American Company.In 1951, a cargo ordered by Sholeh Khavar was sent by T&B Company for the said Company transported by vessel. this vessel broke down in a fire accident while in its way and therefore caused the Company to encunter problems in meeting its obligations. Thereupon, Ahmad Shahrokhi , assisted by financial support of the Company`s authorities, began sampling and manufacturing grilles from foreign models and was able to put into operation the production line of air adjustable grilles within a period of six months.Since then, being half a century, this Company has improved its quality and quantity day by and is proud to announce that on its 50 anniversary of its establishment, has proceeded in publishing the most comprehensive technical catalogue of its various products together with a CD of the computations.
