Course of the disasterAt 01:23:04 a.m. experiment start. The power and temperature was increaseing fast. Aleksander Akimow tried to turn off the reactor, but it only increase the power. At1:23:47 a.m.thermal powerreached 30GW. Powertenexceedednormal levels. Reactor exploded.
