Page 1: Custom Project Lifecycle - SeaDek

Custom Project LifecycleIt’s never been easier to get your hands on custom SeaDek; although it may take some time. Please refer to the guide below to get a rough idea of the entire custom project process.

Step 1

Check our website for your boat kit (seadek.com ► Shop ► Made to Order ► Find Your

Boat). If you don’t see your boat on our website, please

contact our Customer Advocate Team for availability. If we don’t have your drawing

on file, proceed to Step 2.

SeaDek has an extensive network of Certified Fabricators

and Installers trained to work on custom projects. Please use the Certified Locator Map on our website to find one near you. If unavailable, proceed

to Step 3.

At this point, you will need to purchase a Template Kit from our website and template the boat yourself. Ship templates back (to the address listed in

the bottom right-hand corner) to receive a quote via email.

Please provide payment information at that time.

Once you have submittedyour payment information,

SeaDek will get to work generating your drawing and creating a Dry Fit. Please note

that this may take up to 12 days to complete, and 3-7

days for shipping.

Once you receive your DryFit in the mail, either approve your Dry Fit via email or ship

your Dry Fit with drawn revisions to the address in the blue box

to the right. If you approve your Dry Fit, there is no need to

ship it back.

When we receive your Dry Fit with noted changes, we will begin working on a revised

drawing. This process generally takes 5 days. A revised

drawing will be emailed to you for review or you may request to purchase a second Dry Fit.

Once you have approved your Dry Fit or revised drawing, customer service will send your

kit off to production. Please note that our standard

production lead time is 14 days. You will receive an

email upon completion withshipping information.
