a vantage point from which to observe
local, regional and global conflicts
intertwined with the 40-year-old battle between two neighbouring districts in Tripoli:• Bab al-Tabbaneh - a Sunni/
Salafi stronghold
• Jabal Mohsen - the Alawite enclave that overlooks it
It is a journey through different conflicts

It is a war between neighbours
whose destiny has always been influenced by the relation with Syria which occupied Lebanon from 1976 to 2005
