Stewart Iron Works is requesting a Conditionally Major Air Permit. We were at the EPA
Frankfort Site to see Derek Bozzell to discuss Air and Waste Permits. Stewart Iron Works was
purchased in August of 2019 and was left with a paint booth that was installed in 2012 and was
never permitted to our knowledge. A mixing booth was installed by the new owners in 2019. In
an effort to minimize disruption to the business, Stewart would appreciate an expedient
review. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me personally.
Thank You

Section AI.7: Notes, Comments, and ExplanationsIn August of 2019 River Rock Ventures aquired Stewart Iron Works LLC.and in November decided that they would keep the existing paint and
add a new mixing booth wich was installed. In December they asked me Greg Beane to help them with the air and waste compliance. I determined
that the paint booth was installed in 2012 and was never permited by the EPA. I contacted Derek Bozzell with the EPA Compliance Assistance
and had
and had a meeting on 1/10/2020 and he gave us guidence of how to proceed to obtain a air permit.
